When you get the inflatable, please check the package and signed after you sure there is no damage during transport. If package is damaged, please don’t sign and take some pictures as proof. So that we can ask for compensation from the shipping company. Then Inflate the goods and test, if it work well, just share with us some beautiful pictures from your side. If it doesn’t work good, please also takes some photos or video for us the know what’s the exactly problem and find out the solution. For small problem, we will give direction to help you repair it, for quality problem that makes you can not use the inflatable, let’s negotiate and find out the best solution for both of us.
